Transitional Spring Style with J.Jill

Today I’m taking on transitional spring style. I’ve created two looks you can easily switch into when you’re not quite sure which way the weather will turn. In these uncertain temperatures, layering is your friend. If you begin the day with a chilly morning, try layering a denim tunic with a soft sweater. Skip the coat and go for cold weather accessories like a hat and biker boots for extra warmth.

When things heat up, ditch that sweater and add a floral scarf for a pop of color. Now that the sun’s out, throw on your favorite aviators. And swap your boots for a pair of open toed sandals. You’ve got a whole new look!

I love the simplicity of a denim shirtdress. You can easily layer it for transitional spring style. Wear it over pants or just as a dress. The classic chambray is a piece you’ll always be reaching for in your wardrobe for effortless style.

Disclaimer: I was provided this shirtdress to review on my blog. All opinions are my own.
